Withdrawals Require Verification

Fraud Will Result in Account Closure

Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit bonuses, use multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and DarazPlay ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the DarazPlay platform — including the website, mobile app, games, and payment services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players on DarazPlay regardless of how they access the platform. If you are using DarazPlay on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements.

DarazPlay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use DarazPlay, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a DarazPlay employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from DarazPlay or any affiliated platform.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

DarazPlay takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period may be withheld.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on DarazPlay. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  • Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone else.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact DarazPlay support immediately.
  • DarazPlay will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

DarazPlay recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account for additional security. This is available in your account settings once registration is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

DarazPlay accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your DarazPlay account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated promptly.

  • Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
  • DarazPlay does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit the wrong amount.

DarazPlay uses encrypted payment processing for all transactions. Your financial details are never stored on DarazPlay servers in plain text.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from DarazPlay are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to unverified accounts.

Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account dashboard.
  • Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day.
  • DarazPlay reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if there is an active bonus on your account that has not yet met its wagering requirement.
  • Funds derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is fully met.

Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

DarazPlay offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Voucher page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

  • Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or via a voucher code, depending on the promotion.
  • Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused bonus funds will be removed from your account after the expiry date.
  • DarazPlay reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games on DarazPlay operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or provably fair algorithms. Game outcomes are determined independently of DarazPlay's commercial interests and cannot be influenced by the platform or its staff.

Each game on DarazPlay has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. DarazPlay is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
  • If a game result is disputed, DarazPlay's server logs are the definitive record of what occurred.
  • DarazPlay reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a software malfunction.
  • Crash game multipliers and outcomes are generated before each round begins and can be verified by players after the round ends.

DarazPlay's crash games — including Crash Goal, Go Rush, and Rise of Apollo — use provably fair technology. Players can independently verify the fairness of any round result.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DarazPlay and will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Creating more than one account on the platform.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with games or the platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using DarazPlay for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means.
  • Attempting to reverse or charge back a deposit after using the funds to play.
  • Sharing account access with another person.
  • Abusing the bonus system in any way, including creating accounts solely to claim welcome bonuses.

DarazPlay actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, DarazPlay reserves the right to close the account, withhold any balance, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

DarazPlay reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

  • If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email with the reason for suspension where possible.
  • You may appeal a suspension by contacting DarazPlay support at [email protected].
  • If a suspension is found to be in error, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.
  • If a suspension is upheld due to a breach of Terms, any balance derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you close your account, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

10 Responsible Gaming

DarazPlay is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable activity, and we take seriously our responsibility to help players who may be experiencing difficulties.

13 Changes to These Terms

DarazPlay may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify players via email or an in-platform notification.
